How long will my job take?

Generally, jobs under a quantity of 5000 will take 3 working days, plus an extra day for laminating or folding. Larger jobs may take up to 5 days.

When your job is confirmed by our team, you will receive an email to advise when your job will be despached. If you have requested a proof, this email will be sent once we have received your proof approval. If we have any problems meeting this date, we will contact you by phone to discuss solutions.

You will be sent an email once your job has been despatched.

Ensure you allow freight time (1-2 days) for your job to reach you once it has been despatched.

What stock should I choose?

See the Stocks tab to your left to help with your selection.

How much will freight cost?

There is a freight estimator map where you choose your product details (during the quoting stage), and this will be confirmed at the order stage. If you order multiple products on the same order, the freight cost will be combined and show your total during the final order confirmation stage.

I have a Microsoft Office Document (Word/Excel/Powerpoint etc), can I print that?

Yes, but not in that format. Please read the PDF Tips tab, which can help you create a PDF from your Microsoft document if you have the correct software.

Can I pay more to have my job rushed through?

No. Our schedule tries to ensure a fast turnaround, but we cannot push other jobs in front of others. Courier details will be emailed to you once the job has been dispatched so you can keep an eye on its progress.

What happens if I receive my job and it is wrong?

Please email [email protected] or phone 09 302 9100 and ask for the PDF2Print Co-ordinator. Please describe the issue and quote your job id number.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but once you have an order confirmation email, your job will incur prepress charges. Once the job starts printing, you will be charged the full amount.

What if my file isn’t a pdf?

Please see the PDF Tips tab for ways to create a print ready pdf from various programs.

I attached the wrong file, what do I do?

Phone us immediately on 09 302 9100 and quote your id number. We can liaise with you to get the correct file, however a $20 reprocessing charge may apply.
